People are very important at ICT Consults Ltd. Since the company has a service culture, the innovative solutions we provide are not ready-made, but rather customised to meet specific client needs. To ensure the quality of our solutions and services, we have attracted a team of highly qualified professionals, which we view as a key to our success. Currently we employ more than 120 people across Africa representing different nationalities and mastering more than 10 languages.

Our employees come from top European, American, African, Australian, Canadian and Asian Universities , and 89% of them have postgraduate degrees in Engineering and Computer Science. We appeal both to talented graduates and to seasoned professionals alike, which is why the company maintains close links with the world of academia.

Training
Due to rapid developments in the ICT industry, personnel are trained in new technologies and products. The methods we use for fast adaptation to changing technologies include constant observation of all ICT areas relevant to the services we provide, and extensive specialist training. We organize regular training seminars and internal workshops to enrich and extend the knowledge and professional skills of our employees. When required, we also provide additional specialized training, making use of external courses, workshops and/or conferences.
