ICT Consults Ltd was founded in 2001 and incorporated in Uganda on the 26 th day of October 2001. Throughout his career Dr. Venansius Baryamureeba, the company's founder, Chairman and Managing Director, envisioned that Information Computer/Communications Technology (ICT) innovations are tools that should be harnessed for the benefit of learning and social development, not only for learning institutions but also for the corporate business world. In 2001 the opportunity to combine his academic, applied research and evaluation expertise, Dr. Venansius' years of strategic planning, ICT training/teaching and experience came to fruition in the formation of ICT Consults Ltd.
We have always viewed the mission of our company to help our clients make good decisions—through our consulting, our research, and our evaluation. It is in the field of evaluation that we have been able to use our excellent design, data collection, analytic, and writing skills to craft for our clients reports that help them to understand what is happening/happened in their projects to determine whether new knowledge and skills are/were learned, how effective the dissemination process is/was, and whether the project is/was cost effective.
Our firm, though still relatively small in size, it is big in knowledge, skills, and expertise and has grown with its clients. We've continually focused on clients needs. We measure our success by our clients' success and by that standard; we've been doing very well.
