- To develop the professional status of the academic staff of the Faculty of computing and Information Technology, Makerere university.
- To extend technical services to the community by solving practical problems of the public and private sectors.
- To offer information systems consultancy services The Company began in 2001 primarily as a provider of ICT consulting solutions to the Ugandan Market.
While this original specialization continues to shape ICT Consults' core business, it also applies this expertise to the corporate sector, providing end-to-end solutions for corporate not only in financial systems, but also networks, communications, customer relationship management and other business systems.
- To offer information systems consultancy services such as:
- Choice of database and database program;
- Design and development of database software;
- Development of application software;
- Choice of computer hardware including storage media;
- Database administration; and
- Offer expert advise on the lifecycle of an information system, which include: planning, requirements collection and analysis, design (including database design), prototyping, implementation, testing, conversion, and operational maintenance.

- System procurement and system architecture modeling;

- Statistical computing and data analysis;
- Scientific computing and analysis; and

- Maintenance and repair of computers, printers, photocopiers, scanners and other related equipments.
