•  Strategy Formulation – to present findings from the needs assessment and develop detailed project objectives and a high-level blueprint or roadmap for the project.

•  Project Planning – to produce a detailed statement of work that identifies how the project will be done and the tasks that need to be accomplished.

•  Business Requirements Definition – to produce the detailed business requirements specifications and the overall project plan.

•  Systems Implementation and Integration – to manage the delivery of all components of the project in accordance with the objectives.
