In order to ensure that ICT Consults Ltd fulfills its responsibilities, company-wide polices have been adopted which guide the decisions and actions of our employees. Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
ICT Consults Ltd ("the Company") strictly prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of the individual's race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran's status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Affirmative action will be taken to ensure that all employment decisions, including but not limited to those involving recruitment, hiring, promotion, training, compensation, benefits, transfer, discipline, and discharge, are free from unlawful discrimination.
Labor & Employment Guidelines
1. We communicate with our employees and whenever possible, partner with them to achieve desirable competitive outcomes.
2. We respect each employee's right to decide if they wish to join or not join associations and/or labor unions, and we will respect their ability to make an informed decision, free of coercion.
3. Support of, or opposition to, associations such as those mentioned above, will not impact an employee's employment or an individual's application for employment.

6. While we do counsel, and if necessary, discipline employees in connection with unacceptable behavior, physical punishment is not permitted.

Harassment Policy
Our Company has worked hard to build a reputation for responsible behavior and fairness – a reputation that builds trust with our customers, employees, community leaders and shareholders. We can continue to build trust only if we are steadfast in our focus on improving all aspects of our Company responsibilities including the quality of our work environment.
All of us have a right to work in an environment free from the demoralizing effects of harassment or unwelcome offensive or improper conduct. Sexual harassment or harassment based on race, gender, color, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, or veteran status or any other status protected by law will simply not be tolerated at ICT Consults Ltd.
ICT Consults Policy On Business Conduct
Responsibilities of Managers and Employees
All managers shall be responsible for the enforcement of and compliance with this Policy on Business Conduct including necessary distribution to ensure employee knowledge and compliance.
Conflicts of Interest
Every employee has a duty to avoid business, financial or other direct or indirect interests or relationships which conflict with the interests of the Company or which divide his or her loyalty to the Company. Any activity which even appears to present such a conflict must be avoided or terminated unless, after disclosure to the appropriate level of management, it is determined that the activity is not harmful to the Company or otherwise improper.
Disclosure is the key
Any employee who has a question about whether any situation in which he or she is involved amounts to a conflict of interest or the appearance of one should disclose the pertinent details, preferably in writing, to his or her supervisor. Each supervisor is responsible for discussing the situation with the employee and arriving at a decision after consultation with or notice to the appropriate higher level of management.
Employment and Labor Laws and Policies
Our most important resource is our employees. All employment must be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those concerning hours, compensation, opportunity, human rights and working conditions.

In addition to local laws and regulations, the Company's Employment of Young Persons policy applies to the employment of persons under the age of 18 in the manufacture of any product, or any component of a product, by or for any of our businesses. Company policy also prohibits the use of any forced or compulsory labor in the manufacture of any product, or any component of a product, by or for any of our businesses.
Political Activities and Contributions
The Company encourages employees to be involved personally in political affairs. However, no employee shall directly or indirectly use or contribute funds or assets of the Company for or to any political party, candidate or campaign unless such a use or contribution is an accepted practice and lawful in the country.
Respect for Trade Secrets and Confidential Information
It is the policy of ICT Consults Ltd to respect the trade secrets and proprietary information of others. Although information obtained from the public domain is a legitimate source of competitive information, a trade secret obtained through improper means is not.
