SMART Board: Masters - 1 Day
This one-day course (a session typically starts at 09:00 and finishes at 17:00) is designed to take any user of the SMART Board™ interactive whiteboard and Notebook software to advanced user level. The session covers all skills and functionality, is very hands-on and encourages practice on the boards throughout the day.
SMART Board: English - 1/2 Day
This half-day course has been developed by the National Association for the Teaching of English and will demonstrate simple but effective ways the SMART Board IWB can enhance your English teaching. The training will explore the teaching and learning implications of this new classroom tool and provide a number of ready-made activities on CD that you can use and adapt in your own lessons. The sessions will be practical, with plenty of opportunities to try the techniques yourself.
SMART Board: Maths - 1/2 Day
This half-day course is designed to help teachers use the power and functionality of the SMART Board interactive whiteboard (IWB) to enhance teaching and learning in mathematics. The course will be very strongly focused on subject specific resources and issues. Teachers will be given the opportunity to work with and adapt resources that have been tried, tested and found specifically helpful to teachers and learners of mathematics.
